The balustrade was measured at 915mm. The council wants the height to be 1 metre. 1) This can be done by adding a 90mm x 35mm timber rail the top of the balustrade to raise the required height to 1 metre. 2) Timber will need to be supplied by the tasker.

I had this door installed but there’s not enough room to install flooring underneath. So I need roughly 20mm trimmed off the bottom.

Wall needs fixed, can use filler/bog for holes and cracked bits and smooth off. And joiners are missing and broken. Those also replaced/fixed where applicable. Some low spots also, as shown in photos. Filler and flushed off on those too. And then color matched to existing wall. Thankyou.
