Need help with finding or custom building an outdoor lounge set. I'm looking to get a modular 3 piece set for my small balcony. The ideal measurements are: Width: 40-55cm Depth: 40-55cm Length: Any Ideally I'd like to have 1 corner piece and 2 side pieces or 2 corner pieces and 1 side piece. They should be able to configured in a straight line or a corner set. If its a custom job, don't mind wood, wicker, rattan or any other suggested materials. I am looking for someone with advanced carpentry skills to build a customised day bed for my balcony. It will be triangular in shape and only needs to be a base, ideally high enough to store some things underneath. The base of my French doors are rotted. The rot has likely been caused by lack of clearance between the bottom of the doors and the frames, allowing water to pool underneath. You can see some cracks in the wood at the bottom of one door - this door is difficult to open and we haven't tried to open it, in case the base breaks off. I have recently purchased this property so am not sure how long the wood has been deteriorating. I would like it fixed properly now and permanently, with the rotted sections cut out and replaced with a hardwood (preferably KD hardwood), not treated pine or any other soft wood. Any rot that can't be cut out will need to be treated, preferably with epoxy resin (not builder's bog). We have epoxy resin, so you don't need to buy it, but it takes time to set. The rest of the doors appear solid and don't need to be replaced in their entirety - it appears to be only the bottom panel of each door that needs to be repaired. Each door is approximately 232cm high x 72cm wide x 4cm thick. The bottom panels is about 14cm high. The doors don't need painting or undercoating. You must have experience doing this sort of work and good reviews. When providing your quote, please advise if you can do this work alone or will need assistance (noting the doors will need to be removed and are heavy).

Need someone experienced and reliable to alter (cut down) kitchen cupboard to expand fridge cavity height. *NOTE: Will need to be taken up to approximately 1845 or 1850mm. Pictures attached for reference. So I am not sure if the bottom shelf can be trimmed in half or whether needs to be re-installed higher? Looking for someone who can design and build a custom awning bracket for my roof rack on my 4WD. I have the Tradesman Oval roof rack and want to mount the Bushwakka Extreme Darkness awning to it. The awning however cannot sit higher than the roof rack as I live in an apartment complex with a height restricted garage. If the awning sits higher than the roof rack, I can’t drive in or out of the garage.
