The job involves cutting into a gyprock wall, installing a door with a frame and hinge, and finishing the internal area under the stairs for storage. Scope of Work: 1. Cut and Install Door: • Cut an opening in the wall to access the space under the stairs. • Install a custom-sized hinged door (approx 1700mm x 700mm). • Add a frame around the door and install a handle. 2. Prepare Internal Space: • Clean and finish the inside under the stairs to create a functional storage area. Requirements: • Must have experience with gyprock, door installation, and basic carpentry. • Provide your own tools and materials (please include material costs in your quote). • Work with the tile clearance at the door’s base (a step or adjustment may be required). • Experience with custom door sizes and hinges is preferred.
