Clean and re-stain 15m by 7m outdoor deck. Buff and patch some damage/ wear and tear. Decking stain supplied. All other equipment required for job.

I have an investment property with front and back balcony. Due to the age of the house, the height of both balcony balustrades is less than current requirement 1000mm, about 100mm short. Would like to invite talented handyman to work out a feasible solution - to extend the balustrades to satisfactory height (>1000mm). Prefer to keep the existing balustrades (minor modification is fine). Maybe just a new handrail above it? Please see attached photos for reference. Happy to discuss further. Thanks!

Just after a quote to remove current Cabinent and install a new pre built one exact same size. Approx quote is fine. Considering just changing only the Cabinent doors but if it’s affordable to do this maybe this will be better? I can send pics of current and one I want to buy

Needing a good clean and get stains out of white jumping castle due to rain and rolled up.

There are two tasks in this job. All material will be provided 1. Install door handles, remove old handles and install new ones. Both are not exact same size so you will need to adjust the hole according to new door handle 2. The one step of stair need to be installed. The steps needs to be drilled/ screwed in the wall and slab. Also, a timber step is available which is very long, this timber step needs to be cut to suit the dimensions of the door before installing so that sixth of the step is same as the door. 2 hours considered to complete this task

Purchased new kitchen sink without rounded corners. Existing cut-out will need to be cut to fit, I believe benchtops are engineered stone. Length of the current cut-out is perfect match however width needs to be extended by 20mm or so. Would appreciate assistance in actual installation of sink too, re-plumbing if possible.
