I’ve got 17 x galvanised UC sleeper posts that require cutting. There are ‘C’, ‘H’, and 90 degree posts. These are to be cut at the specified height and there are to be no burrs. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Method to be noted in submission.

Currently installing a retaining treated timber sleeper retaining wall. Will require cleaning, a light sand to remove sharp edges, splinters etc. and applying a decking oil or similar for the finish. Square metres to be finalised, approx. 100m2. The photo is just a sample.

I’m wanting to install split system aircons in the bedrooms but I think the walls are asbestos and the electrician needs someone qualified to make the holes safely before he can install. Removal of existing door and window in frame (1700mm wide). Assemble hardwood frame for new doors (frame pieces supplied by owner). Install new French doors (1420mm - swinging externally) hard up against left post. Line and patch wall after.

Not sure of price so please advise! Replace and repaint stairs. Replace the top 2 stairs on the first pic and middle step on second pic.

Need a 920 door jamb installed (supplied by you) and door hung 920x2040x35. Door, hinges and handle all provided. Internal door. This is not a straightforward install. Door opening is 930mm. Opening depth is ~175mm. Opening height is 2050 floor yet to be laid. Likely plasterboard removal required for door jam size only to create space needed and expose wood frame. Existing frame made by stud wall standard wood frame. Recommend site visit first.

Need a chippy/cabinet maker to install overhead cupboards then cut down kickboards, finishing off panels and bulkheads to matching heights. All materials for job are on site. The finish panel around the fridge needs trimming down before fitting. There is a total of 6 finishing panels to be installed and 5 overhead wall. One wall cabinet needs hole cut for vent pipe

I need to close 2 holes in the exterior walls after removal of current old window aircons. The hole dimensions are - 560×380 (upper kevel) and 470×360 (lower level). Brick wall external where upper level aircon is. Unsure if similar bricks can be available. Alternatively a thick timber piece painted in relevant colour will need to be installed. Ground level aircon is installed in a thick timber piece painted white. Looking to change this to a window.
