Looking for a subby to help my team complete two hard wood decks

One wooden plank of flooring has a hole in it that needs to be replaced. I'm looking to replace only the damaged section, which is between the joists. The plank is approximately 14 cm wide, and the thickness of the wood (cypress pine) is about 2 cm. The length of the area to be replaced is about 2 feet (60 cm). The hole itself measures about 15 cm, but there's also a crack that extends from the hole, measuring about 35 cm. There is access under the house thru crawlspace.

Hi, I recently had a wooden bench top installed, and the installers didn’t secure it sufficiently underneath, creating a bow. I would like someone to assist me by adding some additional brackets underneath to hopefully improve the extent of the bow. Hi there, I have purchased a series of IKEA Pax wardrobes to extend across a 3.5m bedroom wall. I am looking for someone to put these together and build them into the room so that they look like built in wardrobes. However, there is an additional 80cm or so to the ceiling and I would like to extend the wardrobes up with an additional cupboard above the wardrobes. I have some existing cabinetry from the old wardrobe and kitchen that I think could be used for this. But I am open to suggestions as well. It seems to be difficult to remove the stains on two side walls and the owner has asked me to remove the stain and paint over it.. I guess you have to paint both walls.. Will need two coat one to cover the stain blocker and one the entire wall. Paint is Lexicon half. You also need to pick up the keys from the agent in summer Hill. Property is in Stanmore. Thanks

We're looking to have two doors made for our kitchen to cover the fridge space (we have recently installed shelves) to make it into a pantry. Would ideally match the existing kitchen. Please see photo for an example of the existing kitchen. Open to offers, and date of completion is flexible.
