Looking for someone with experience to install folding attic ladder. House is semi-detached and originally built in 1920. Ladder to be installed in a hall way parallel to party wall (ie. wall shared with neighbours) and parallel with ceiling joists (which are ~400mm apart).(see red cross marker in attached floor plan) Attic stairs folded up are about 142cm by 60cm. Ceiling height is 3.3m so stairs/ladder extends down that far. We also have a few other jobs that require some carpentry skills, if interested can be discussed separately to get a quote

Install architrave around window. Window is 1.6m x 1.4m. Approximately 6 linear metres overall. I already have the architraves on sites. Installation only. No filling, sanding or painting required. Architrave profile pictured.

Looking for a subby to help my team complete two hard wood decks

One wooden plank of flooring has a hole in it that needs to be replaced. I'm looking to replace only the damaged section, which is between the joists. The plank is approximately 14 cm wide, and the thickness of the wood (cypress pine) is about 2 cm. The length of the area to be replaced is about 2 feet (60 cm). The hole itself measures about 15 cm, but there's also a crack that extends from the hole, measuring about 35 cm. There is access under the house thru crawlspace.

Construction of a small timber deck for the base of a garden shed. This base has been started and needs completion as my husband is recovering from eye surgery and cannot complete the task. The base is constructed of timber pallets and just needs a few of the middle pieces finished and anchor the shed to the base. We have the extra pieces of timber. Hi, I recently had a wooden bench top installed, and the installers didn’t secure it sufficiently underneath, creating a bow. I would like someone to assist me by adding some additional brackets underneath to hopefully improve the extent of the bow. I also have a simple wall shelf structure that I would like help assembling. Hi there, I'm looking to get a folding balcony table made to fit over a balcony wall ideally with brackets or being screwed into the wall. This should be 100 x 30 cm and made with quality materials and sturdy construction – it will need to be finished so that it's waterproof as it'll be out in the elements most of the time.  The images show the ideal style that and design.The balcony wall thickness is 27cm so the brackets would need to accomodate this thickness. - Due date: Ideally before Friday, 22 December 2023 but if not Jan 2024.
