Dimensions of bathroom are 2.7m by 2.14m Have already bought and need to install the shower and shower base (premade shower base) (1200mm by 900mm) and the wall hung vanity (1500mm). We require a carpenter for the following: - take up the old timber flooring -Install floor joists where they are missing under where the old bathtub was removed -Install base flooring and cement sheet suitable for tiling -Straighten wall studs ready for plasterer -Install noggins to support vanity, towel rails and soap holder. If you require any more information let me know I am not sure whether we will provide materials or not. Depends on the offer and then will decide after. Replace current section of drawers with a pull out bin. Need to remove current drawers and replace with pull out bin (2 bin) and new fascia panel. Dimensions in pics.
