I have just purchased a very small house with no laundry. The previous owners kept the washing machine in the pantry which is not ideal and very inconvenient. I want to build a laundry cupboard with character on the back veranda. It needs to hold washer, dryer and a tub with a few shelves and a small bench. I’m not sure how much this should cost so have chosen a random price. Happy to negotiate.

To build outdoor cabinetry for outdoor kitchen laundry

I need a table made for a breakfast nook. Hoping for it to be in a reclaimed timber/farmhouse style. Inspiration pictures attached as well as pictures of current furniture that it needs to tie in with. I understand this will cost more than $500. Happy to consider all quotes.

We have a wall with an existing doorway that we require to be replastered over the top of the existing wall blocking off the doorway. The new plasterboards [2] will be placed from the floor up, with a horizontal timber moulding placed as a trim across the top, leaving the existing plaster board. Further vertical timber mouldings will be attached to hide the plaster join and be decorative, as well as a skirting board installed. Existing barn door fittings to be removed. Materials supplied. I have 2 jobs, the first is an old linen cupboard which has some mold in it. I want to completely remove it. second job, is a storage room separate to our home, I have pulled out old vinyl and a sink. There was mold under the vinyl which can be fixed as is concrete however, the skirting boards need replacing. I will post images when I get home today.
