Lift several decking planks and attach a new wooden joist onto old rotten joist and relay planks.

Remove existing wall shelf system and build new heavy duty garage shelves 3 x 2m shelves. I have attached images of existing wall unit that requires removal and new shelves that require assembly. The new black shelving units will require bolting into cement ground.

Secure new timber it's going to boards to walls where required. Some areas are good some others are not and will require liquid nails and nails to push up against the walls skirting board. some corners need a bit of timber to make the gap less. Require job done straight away

Reason for the dates is we will have scaffolding in place for rendering and this will be there to provide safe access to the fascia board. Quote is for work and materials to replace the fascia board. Width is approximately 12m end to end.
