Looking for a Carpenter or Joiner to disassemble an existing kitchen in Sylvania and deliver to Gordon. Not all of the kitchen needs to be removed - L shape bench section con stay there. Appliances and stone Benchtops to be removed and transported too. Needs to be done by Wednesday this week coming.

I need new cabinet built

I want to remove the current wooden beams and handrail from my stairway (highlighted in black circles on photo) and install a new handrail and rods, basically turning my current stairway (see photo) to the example photo. I want to use blackbutt for the first post, bottom rail and hand rail, with black steel balustrade rods. The measurements are: - the bottom rail timber would need to be about 4000mm to run the full length of the staircase (from bottom step to top step) and 90mm wide - the hand rail would be the same length (around 4000mm) but only needs to be about 45mm wide to ensure enough walkway space - there are 13 steps in total, but it’s only the first 10 steps that would need black balustrade rods (don’t need rods once you get to the wall) - steps are 650mm wide, though I don’t think that measurement is needed Let me know if any questions.

I need the expansion gap covering in 1 room with skirting board beading. The gap is quite large both between the floor and the wall as well as the skirting board and the floor, so the standard 20mm x 20mm skirting board scotia trim isn’t big enough, I need something that is at least 25x25mm. This job is to provide the skirting board trim and some no nails glue to hold it in place (materials) as well as the labour to fit the trim. You will need a mitre box and a saw to do the corners. The room is 630cm x 300cm but 1 wall is a sliding door so you won’t need skirting board scotia trim for that wall, so it’s just 3 walls and all inner and outer corners. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 4 January 2024

I want to freshen up a decking area by painting or staining it to be a lighter walnut colour as well as re-painting the supporting wooden shelter posts and roof supports to be a fresh white.
