Find experienced local carpenters in TAS

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced carpenter with a building licence to build a quality new timber kit home on acreage - from council approval through to all finishing work (timber floors, kitchen, bathroom, verandahs etc). I will supply kit home to site and also the timber flooring and fixtures and fittings for the kitchen and bathroom. I'm wanting to initially get an idea of cost per sqm to do a quality build of approx a 173 sqm single-level house inclusive of raised timber post foundations, electrical (power currently comes into the site), and plumbing including septic and rain water) - thanks

Would like laminate kitchen benches replaced. Reasonable sized kitchen. Will attach photos. Need something nicer if possible, but reasonably priced. Would like to add in a double sink also as currently small single sink. Would love an idea on cost? Also interested in quote on changing floors. Current floor is fake pink tiles, perhaps more of a wood effect (will add photo of preferred type option).

The wall panels and roof have been assembled. It just needs to be put together. Looking for someone to help with holding the panels, as it is a 3 x 3.75 meter shed.

Looking for a carpenter or someone qualified to frame up a 3 bay garage. I have a sliding door and window that needs framing around and installed too.

Install hills folding clothes line (including frame and concrete plates or alternatively this could be screwed to a wooden frame.) Install privacy screens around clothesline - either pre-made panels and wooden frame, or wooden frame and diagonal pieces of wood. Aim is privacy but also to stop clothes flying off balcony in wind, and ideally still let enough air through for drying. I just need a couple of shelves put in please. (Removable) I have a board only which will make 2 shelves. You just need to cut it in half and trim it to fit. I have board only, you will need to supply anything else. Can be done tomorrow (after 2:30pm) or Saturday (after 11:30am) Thank you

I need help with some to build a small ramp or a block of pavers for a door entrance as it gets slippery when wet. Open to suggestion

One internal door is too long now, because of the new flooring. It needs trimming off several mm at the bottom, then hung back.
