Hi, I'm looking for an experienced carpenter with a building licence to build a quality new timber kit home on acreage - from council approval through to all finishing work (timber floors, kitchen, bathroom, verandahs etc). I will supply kit home to site and also the timber flooring and fixtures and fittings for the kitchen and bathroom. I'm wanting to initially get an idea of cost per sqm to do a quality build of approx a 173 sqm single-level house inclusive of raised timber post foundations, electrical (power currently comes into the site), and plumbing including septic and rain water) - thanks
