Found a narangba based aluminium handrail and balustrade company. Wanting to measure and calculate approx lengths etc required to help me order itand then instal it. After recent backyard renovations, handrails and some balustrades need to be added to 1 set of 6 tread steps and 2 areas both approx 2m lengths of balustrades. Most likely in timber and I'll paint after. Carpenter would be best suited for this task. Cheers Possible additional tasks beyond if agreed upon incl. Have bough a an Easy Shed 3 x 4.5m shed. I have assembled all the wall panels, end panels and roof but need help to now install all the walls and roof into a shed. I can't do it by myself. Hoping someone with EasyShed experience can lend a hand. I reckon 1-3 hours work with someone who knows what they're doing. It is being mounted on a 3 x 4.8m wooden base. I need an experienced Carpenter to line the inside of a small shed for us, all materials provided. Its approx 4 x 3. To replace rotten studs and potentially reclad the outside and fit two french doors. Will also be needing a small deck 1.2m x 3m built off the front of it. Im looking to pay someone an hourly rate of $50 an hour. So a 12 hours for someone, must be a hard worker and just gets stuck in and doesn't faff about. Must also WANT to work, and enjoy working. I've had enough miserable negative tradies onsite. NOT interested. We are selling the house so really looking to just pretty it up, salvage what we can, if you prefer new builds then this isn't the job for you. Looking for someone creative that can replace what needs replacing and work with the rest. Ive attached pics, the are ones of some of the studs that will need replacing as they arent attached anymore to the bottom stud. Must have your own gear suitable to carry out the job. There will be ongoing work obvisually to finish the job but I need to know the work is good before we commit to more days.
