Some of the timber boards on the flooring on the deck need replacing. Deck is approx 5m x4m. The timber is hardwood and the foundations are still in very good condition.

Island bench + L-shaped wooden kitchen benches which need sanding and re-sealing. There are some areas of water damage and discolouration which would need to be fixed. Ideally it would be re-sealed with something to prevent future water damage. Lots of detail in the photos. Please let me know in general terms how you'd plan to undertake the job in your reply. We have spilled some tomato based pasta sauce on our cream coloured dining chairs. Needing stain removed and all chairs cleaned. photos attached. I have blotted the sauce stain with soapy water and then put bicarb soda on top. Possibly a couple more jobs if the price is reasonable

As a result we need 2x new awning timber windows to be built in the openings. Only the sill is remaining, so will need the sash, top and side trims and hinges for both windows. The rough openings will be as follows: Window 1: 1150mm x 660mm Window 2: 1220mm x 660mm Thanks
