The portable aircon comes with a vent that can be fitted into a window frame. The vent dimensions are approximately 165mm wide x 675mm high but the window height is 1470mm. I need someone to source some perspex at the correct dimensions to extend the vent piece the entire height of the window frame. So about 1000mm long and a few mm under 165mm wide. I reckon superglue the perspex to the vent piece at the total length of 1470mm. Plus 2x 1470mm lengths of thin foam (or similar) as padding on the edges to create a seal. I then need it installed in a non-permanent way so that it can be removed for storms and when we finish our lease. I promise it’ll be way less fiddley than it sounds.

Fix footing of timber support post which supports some decking above. The metal stirrup has completely rusted through. Also, the concrete slab which the stirrup is concreted into has started to break away from the rest of the slab (only in this corner where the post is). Looking for any solutions to fix this.

Hi, Need some skirting boards replaced and a corner section that runs vertical up the left hand side of picture replaced. I am looking to carpet at some stage and want these parts fixed. The corners are rubbish and have disintegrated. Need the whole vertical one that goes up from the floor to the roof on the left has come loose and needs replacing (in addition to the corner section). Location is Sherwood Road, Toowong. Happy to have 1 x inspection and then 1 x installation (or all done on one day is fine as well). I want the product to be supplied and installed. I can take handle any rubbish. No need for replacement boards to be painted. 1. The vertical board is roughly 240cm long and 75mm by 44mm. 2. The skirting board on the corners is approximately 90mm x 55mm (each; very small sections on two corners to be replaced). 3. Two items; - remove a sign from its frame/bracket (the sign is affixed to a frame which is mounted to two posts concreted into the ground, the posts and frame are to remain, only the sign itself needs to be take off) - a railing to the front patio has come off at one end, reaffix the railing
