Licensed carpenter- to climb into roof and nail back trusses (as per instructions from insurer) and replace wooden beam (need photos to satisfy insurer). I live on the third floor and will need someone who can pick up the skirting (I can order from burleigh Bunnings) and get it upstairs to fit. - To fix the gap in my kitchen cupboards.
