I need some interior cats doors/flaps put in so the cats can go from room to room

(Budget $25k - $30k) We are looking to build two new rooms/spaces for our office at EHPLabs. The first image is the mock up for a new studio room which will be merging two small meeting rooms and the space between into one long studio space. The second image is a mock up for a new meeting room to be built within our foyer space. All dimensions are written into the mock ups. Right now we are looking to collect quotes for this job within a budget of $25k - $30k (we have split the rooms we need built into two tasks on this site). Please also provide some reference work that could be relevant to these builds, thank you!)

As it’s an awkward space, but very deep, I want to utilise it for storage. I rent, so my options are limited. I am getting quotes to see if this is within my budget at the moment or if I have to wait - please help me understand the breakdown of your quotes, providing some idea of cost of materials as well as labour. The space starts off 91cm tall and ends off 245cm tall after 255cm along the ground. All the stuff in the photo would me gone obviously. Thank you!

Recently did my whole floor however one section of the hallway seemed to have an issue and didn't cure properly. Looking to fix just this section - about 1msq - Due date: Flexible

I have a piece of wood which was used as a shelf. We need to store it easily so we need it cut into 2 pieces. However we would like it to be able to be used again in one piece. So we are thinking cutting it and with some wood behind and some holes and some longer nuts and bolts we put them on the back so you can really notice the cut when it's put back together. It's too big to fit in our storage, so i'm thinking we cut it in half. Then two pieces of wood in the behind. Nail the wood to the board Then drill 3 holes into the new wood. And use nuts and bots when we want to use it again. Then remove them and store easily. The dimensions outside are 220cm by 150cm There is a carpark here where you could drive in, cut it and then drive out - Due date: Flexible

We are moving to a house in Ultimo soon. It has a kitchen cupboard designed for a fridge that wont fit the fridge we are planning to buy. I would like a custom made kitchen shelf made and installed in my kitchen. I have attached a photo of my kitchen and a picture of a shelf that I would like (or similar) above my kitchen sink.
