Hi. Carpenter or builder needed to retro fit a complete new sliding door assembly. Custom made door has been ordered and it’s ready to be installed. Work will include uninstalling the old door, security and frame etc(I will dispose of it). Then the new set up will need to be installed, making sure it is all level and aligned correctly. Size is approx 2000x 1800 I may even start ripping out the old setup to save time. Door is all under cover on my deck so it out of the weather and sun. I am getting new cabinets for the laundry from builder discount warehouse, they come pre assembled, and looking for someone to install them. Dimensions are 2.3M from wall to wall, Bottom layout has space for washer, dryer and laundry sink. And some overhead cabinets. All cabinets delivered pre-assembled. Rebated Garden shed slab (1620mm x 2360mm): - Work to be done includes boxing, steel mesh prep, concrete mixing, slab completion and finishing (broom finish). - Materials and tools to be provided by yourself (although I have some tools if required) - Very important to ensure boxing is precise, to include rebate at precise measurements so that garden shed is a snug fit. - Dimensions included in photo - Narrow access, but just wide enough to fit builders barrow (I've done it myself) - Care to be taken please to ensure no concrete stains left on driveway, house, or paved path. - Area has been dug out and levelled. I will remove any items from area before work starts. Cement stains removed from exposed agg driveway - roughly 3 square metres. - Care to be taken to not affect paint on house or garage door, and prefer to use a product that works well with exposed agg concrete. - Due date: Flexible
