I need assistance with modifying my kitchen cabinets to make space for a 600mm dishwasher near the sink. Specifically, the task involves: Removing the cabinet closest to the sliding door. Shifting the second cabinet to the edge of the benchtop to create room for the dishwasher. The cabinets and benchtop should be adjusted neatly to ensure functionality and a clean finish. The dishwasher will also need to be positioned so it can connect to the plumbing under the sink. I am seeking a professional with experience in curtain installation for two small windows in a commercial space. I currently have the curtains but do not have the brackets or other accessories. If possible, I am happy to either purchase the necessary items separately or have you provide them and include the cost in your installation price. After building a timber or steel insulated stud wall on the 2nd floor to extend the half wall all the way to the ceiling, measurements are in the 1st photo, these are as accurate as they can be however measurements will be required prior to construction: - Remove half height wall cap - Construct stud wall with insulation - Cornice to match existing - Painted to match the existing colour of the wall. The distance from the stairs to the top of the half height wall is 3600mm, something to be wary of for access. Aircon will be removed.

Marble wall sand down and polish, I believe the marks on there is from the air fryer, and it’s stained the marble. If you have a better idea of removing let me know but I heard it needs a sand down and polish. Theres a few other jobs, I need to take out some tiles and get it replaced. Cement slabs in the entry of house and back. Based on the photos if you have an idea of how to rid what’s on the tile it won’t need removal .

IKEA pax cupboard moved and fixed to wall cut out 1m of cornice

The new flooring has been installed, causing the floor to rise. As a result, the two normal doors attached cannot be closed. Need them shortened them as soon as possible.

We have bought an easy shed that needs construction. We live in a ten unit complex and this shed will need to be installed in our common area (with the other sheds). You will need to bring your own tools (hand held drill) to build it.

We have a built-in cabinet above our fridge comprised of an open shelf in the top half, and smaller storage partitions in the bottom half for wine bottles. FYI, the whole unit does not appear to be particular well secured. We want to reduce the height of the bottom storage partitions (or remove that row altogether?), to create additional space so that a new, taller fridge can be accommodated underneath. There is currently 1782mm of clearance from the bottom of the built-in cabinet to the floor. This needs to increase to at least 1810mm. We’re indifferent as to whether the existing cabinet is amended/reused vs a new replacement supplied, so long as we can gain the extra height we need for the new fridge, the colour is similar enough, and the thing is structurally sound and properly secured.

Install Dishwasher in Blue area (Beko BDF1410W) 4. Additional Water offtake for Dishwasher required (tap into existing water supply under sink) 5. Reduce size of cupboards (Green) Power outlet close by in corner cupboard (in cabinet under microwave). Have confirmed the drawers depth will git with existing gas supply under stove. Installation to utilise existing cabinets to ensure seamless installation. Dishwasher is not built in, so standard installation required. Can send more images if required.
