We had a water leak from the dishwasher, causing damage to the wood holding up the cabinets, as well as discolouration to the floor boards. Looking at the photos you can see the edge of the wooden blocks propping up the cabinets has split at floor level. Discolouration of the floor seen in pic Looking to fix both.

Have installed dishwasher in kitchen, needed to enclose the space. See attached photo for reference. If possible, shelves in the top half also. Make an offer - open to negotiations and including material cost etc, just needed to put a price in the listing.

Hi all, I’m looking for a reliable person who can pop in on Thursday afternoon and create a platform for an Ikea wardrobe to sit on. Ultimately I’m hoping to turn this into a built in and am looking to raise it off the ground. It will be a wall mounted job from IKEA who are coming on Friday morning. I’ll also need to add some MDF boards to the brick wall it will be fixed to in order to help create that built in look. No painting required, just create the platform, affix the MDF boards and then finish the top framing and add more MDF post installation. Pics are of the space (between sliding door and fixed door), a very crude drawing of the overall structure, the wardrobe and an example photo of what I’m after.

I have a cabinet above my fridge space which I need cut down by 40mm to allow a new fridge to fit. It will require the cabinet to be dismantled, trimmed and then put back together. The doors also need to be adjusted by the same amount.

Hello, I’m looking to alter (resize) a wall cabinet. The wall cabinet is currently installed above my fridge but I need to change my fridge and all the fridges I’m looking at are taller than my current space so I need to possibly shave about 7cm off the height of my cabinet, realign the handles and then reinstall it. Kitchen has been updated, with new cabinet doors (7) cutlery drawers (4) and skirting boards that need to fixed to the existing carcass.

Need kitchen cabinets raised approx 280mm - 300mm for porcelain stone to be installed on top of.

Need wardrobe door tops gently planed and then capped with pine timber stripping( doors were cut lower and exposing internal stuff ). Doors also need extra hinge added to top of both doors (needs wood router for the hinge hole), as they are a bit loose. Need an MDF panel (1440mm W x 535mm H x 16mm D) mounted and securely screwed above wardrobe doors. This is painted and ready to go up. Must be today due to a deadline. Must be an experienced handyman/ cabinetmaker/carpenter who is qualified, punctual, professional and efficient. Most of the work has been done so it's just touching up work on the doors and help securing the panel mounted and screwed into the timber, as it needs to hold an aircon unit 15kg. I have a small work bench and clamps on-site. What you need to supply: 2 wardrobe cupboard hinges, a planer, a wood router, timber stripping 25mm wide x 713mm long per door, and wood glue. Timber screws that can either be drilled through the mdf into the timber frame, or used in 90 degree angle brackets. If you are organised and efficient estimated work time: 90-120min max.

IKEA pax cupboard moved and fixed to wall cut out 1m of cornice

We have a built-in cabinet above our fridge comprised of an open shelf in the top half, and smaller storage partitions in the bottom half for wine bottles. FYI, the whole unit does not appear to be particular well secured. We want to reduce the height of the bottom storage partitions (or remove that row altogether?), to create additional space so that a new, taller fridge can be accommodated underneath. There is currently 1782mm of clearance from the bottom of the built-in cabinet to the floor. This needs to increase to at least 1810mm. We’re indifferent as to whether the existing cabinet is amended/reused vs a new replacement supplied, so long as we can gain the extra height we need for the new fridge, the colour is similar enough, and the thing is structurally sound and properly secured.
