(Suspended for now, reviewing an offerI have a portion of my deck falling apart as the support timber inside has worn out. would like someone to replace the damaged support timber and reuse as much of the good ones ie. the merbau planks on top. Wd appreciate if you can assess the damages beforehand as much as possible and fix the price. To avoid you coming here and then finding its a much bigger job. Pl ask if u need any more pics or other questions to find out more about complete work required to be done. I hope to discuss what part will need replace and what quality of material will be used and what are the choices available. Also it will be good if we can agree on what parts will be reused. The part I think needs repair and thats shown in the pic is 280x490cm.

I have a requirement to build pigeon hole cabinets in two walk in robes. The size is around 80cm x 190cm. It should have around 4-5 shelves. Doors are not required. It has to be a simple 4-5 shelves cabinet. I have attached the picture of one of my walk in robe and a sample pigeon hole shelving.

Indoor hardwood floor steps need sanding and re staining. Split level home, so only have 4 steps that need doing. If possible I would like to lighten the colour slightly to match the rail as seen in picture.

I need to get a reasonable quote for Hardwood/Merbau decking. The total area is around 43m2 and I will be doing around 3m2 step to lead from the decking to the retaining wall where the grass is laid(see pic) I will prefer if i could buy the materials myself and then pay for labour.
