Build a standalone work bench/ table ON-SITE in my garage. Approx dimensions: 1400(W) x 1850(L) x 950(H). The table legs must be 100 x 100 dressed pine timber posts. The table frame must be 90x40 mm non-structural pine timber. The table top must be marine 7-ply (middle join is ok). NOTE: This job is to be completed on-site. You will need to supply all pine timber for frame and legs and 7-ply boards for table top. You will need to bring all tools & materials required to do this job.

Please refer to attached pics of my deck. The deck dimensions are 6800 (L) x 3800 (W). The deck needs to be prepared for ceramic tiling onto blueboard so that under deck storage is dry. This is what is required for this job: (1) punch down all lifted deck nails (refer pic). (2) lay Blueboard only on deck surface using silicon adhesive and blueboard sheet tacs, NOTE: The blueboard needs to be raised at house brick wall and laid with a small tilt towards wire balustrade to ensure water runoff (refer pic). You will need to supply blueboard. I will supply silicon adhesive and deck nails.

We need a total of 44.5m2 of James Hardie AXON cladding added to under our house. This includes enclosing underneath a deck area (See photos).
