I have water damaged stairs from a heavy rainfall and need the stairs replacing asap so I can paint and lay new flooring up stairs Currently mdf stairs but want to put something like American oak treads etc.

We are investigating dampness under some areas of our deck and need screws and deck planks in certain areas taken up so we can check for where any damage has occurred to beams of timber underneath. This is for an investigation only and the areas needing fixing can be marked out clearly. The boards can go back down where they were but no need to screw them back in. We think the exposed area of deck is the only area of concern but will still check under covered areas to be sure. The right electrical tool needs to be used as the screws have a tiny indented square in the top of them. You will need to be careful not to split the timber when unscrewing.

Remove stained timber floating floorboards. I have an extra 4 full length original boards supplied at installation to replace with.

Patch up chunks of a brand new concrete dining table which was unfortunately damaged during transit from a third party. I have purchased an Easy Shed Bike Shed that needs to be assembled. This really job really needs someone who has built one of these Easy Sheds before and understands how they go tother as the instructions are very poor. I have build Bunnings sheds before and they are far easier to assemble than this one.

Have you built a Spantec decking product or similar steel framed deck solution? Ours is being manufactired and will be ready for intall first week of October. Require a handy person to re-level outdoor kitchen/bbq cabinet. Cabinet sits on concrete slab with pavers but whole area has settled a bit leaving the kitchen bench tops out of level and the bbq slightly falling away from the grease trap. May require fridge to be removed and some entire cabinet to be re-constructed level with packets/screws to re-assemble to level.
