Sand and stain a medium sized back wooden deck and two smaller front decks

We have a couple of things that need fixing: 1. The doors on the mirrored bathroom cabinet no longer close properly. A small metal pin has broken from the lower opening mechanism on the right and will need replacing. Both mechanisms will need adjusting in order for the cabinet doors to close properly. 2. The drawer in the vanity is broken. One piece of wood has come away from the other so the drawer doesn't close properly. 3. Some of the wooden slats are no longer attached on our outside benches (there are 4 small benches). They need re-attaching. 4. The wooden deck has a couple of planks that are rotten through. They need new wood.
