Hi, I need to get some stairs built and a small landing for my mum's granny flat. Height off the ground is about 700mm and dimensions are on the photo attached (roughly 1.8mx1.8m landing and stairs area). Basic balustrade to be included making sure it meets minimum standards for stairs. No preference for wood type and treated pine or mod wood is ok. Please quote for materials and labour as one fixed price.

Extend current deck( 1.5) by a further 1.5 on one side of house. It’s a lowest cottage so likely no stairs etc required on extension. Roof on existing deck is currently bullnose; I would prefer to extend that rather then install skill ion roof under existing roof.

We have had a small section of asbestos removed and now need someone to hang a small piece of villaboard in its place. It's about 3 metres long X 1.2 metres high. We also need the chair rail, skirting, and a small section of architrave nailed back in, and the necessary plaster patching. Job involves buying necessary sheet (assuming 6mm thick to match existing asbestos sheeting?), cutting to size, and hanging with appropriate screws; plus nailing the timber trim back in, and any necessary plastering so that the wall looks nice and finished and basically how it did before. We do not need painting. Photo attached shows where it is going - we have got the panel where the tape is removed first (asbestos). Looking to have aluminum vertical slats installed in gap above wall in outdoor area. Also need Rangehood to be boxed in to make weatherproof at the rear. Remove French Doors on lower level of house and replace with A&L aluminium louvers. Will require approx 2x course of bricks under louvers to match existing windows height. Will require carpentry inside house, plaster boarding and skirting etc.. Nil painting required.
