I have an existing built in cupboard for a wall oven. Now need to replace with a larger oven from 38cm to 45cm height. Plus the depth will also need altering. A cupboard is behind so ok to do changes Photo one shows current height and the shelf will need to drop by approx 10cms photo 2 shows existing depth that will also need changes

1 X trim cut to one end of 2400mm hardwood benchtop. 3 X cuts for cooker cutout Needs to be accurate with a neat finish Already have the benchtop. I will seal and fix in place on outdoor kitchen once cut.

Timber repair to balcony and re-sheeting with builder paper, fibro cement sheet and facia boards. Replace bottom plate that has rotted. Apply new zincalume angles to corners etc. Require site inspection to determine how best to repair/prepare the balcony for new balustrade that will be installed down the track. Happy to work on hourly rate. Required to be done in next few weeks. - Due date: Flexible
