We have 3 wooden fences and a car port that has wooden posts that need to be stained.

130m2 of flooring to be sanded, restained and polished. Floors have an orange cypress pine and dark red hardwood in two separate areas so we would like this to be stained to a Brown Japan for colour consistency. Stairs also to be sanded, stained and polished . Floorboards would need some repairing and gap refilling. Happy to meet onsite for inspection.

The existing bottom wooden door frame has rotted and dislodged, and it needs to be replaced. I am looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to: 1.
