Removal/cutting of top bench from the sink onwards. The height between bench and concrete base is 810mm which does not allow space for any washing machine to fit. Need to remove top bench from sink and neaten edges. Open to suggestions. preferable to paint sink bench black.

Require removal of door and door frame and approx 1m skirting board. Then assemble Ikea wardrobe to cover the hole after removal of door and making it flush on wall and securing to wall. See pictures above. Given quote by Ikea but require sooner date if possible.

The above fridge area is currently empty. We want a cupboard, matching with our kitchen fitted there.It could be an open cabinet.

Need supply and fit replacement external staircase (15 steps) leading from a deck down to the back yard. Stair stringers (each about 5m long) bolt to existing upright posts which have the hand rail, so just need stringers and step treads. Current stair is of treated pine. Merbau replacement preferred. Stairway is 915 wide including stringers, 815 between stringers. Step rise (top to top) 185mm with 200mm final step onto the deck at the top. Step depth is 235mm,, thickness 48mm (as are the stringers) Wide access at side of house, but terrain prevents vehicle access.
