Window in very poor condition. Need carpenter .

I would like to replace this entrance with 4 panel bi fold doors. Please provide an estimate for install (excluding door cost),all internal architraves and frames. Brick wall to wall is approx 3 metres and door height 2.1 metres. I have added a photo of what I would like to place there. Fee is for an on-site measure.

I need a basic replacement casement timber window constructed to fit within this frame. You’ll need to measure, but around 40cm x 40cm. Top hinges and opens outwards. No need for paint, but prefer hard wood

Looking for someone to sand back a large timber table that has a sticky coating on the top. Hoping for someone with some experience with timber who can do the work here because the table is very heavy and hard to move. Happy for you to look at the table in person and price it up.

3 window frames need to be expanded in thickness for installation of window blinds. About 1m across and 0.5m top to bottom, made of cedar. I’ll pay for materials with receipt. Let me know if I need to provide more details. In Forestville.

We have a cavity sliding door we would like to move to make space for additional kitchen space. We can select a door and mechanism separately but would like someone to create the wall space for new door, remove current door and board up the space. Door is 0.916 m wide (outside frame to outside frame) and we need to move space 156cm to the left. The new door would open left to right so cavity needs to be maintained.

Heavy cedar sliding doors need to be removed from their tracks, sanded down and stained. The doors are not sliding easily so the doors need to be removed, the bottom guide tracks removed and the base sanded back to increase clearance. The top or base of the doors may also need sanding/shaving to improve clearance. The brass tracks need to be replaced and the doors reinstalled. Need to ensure the doors remain square and glide easily. the doors are very heavy and require two people to lift. See photos. Ideally the removal and refitting of the doors need to be completed in one day so the house is secure. The sanding and staining of the doors can be done with the doors insitu.

The existing cupboard doors and jamb that support the hinges were removed as part of a modification. The jamb needs to be reinstalled and the two doors hung. I will post photos of the doors, cupboard and the jamb that is required
