The microwave on the countertop fits on the top shelf of the cabinet in the picture (with a longer shelf in place). The idea is to move the microwave to the shelf (thereby freeing up countertop space and convert one of the doors to a horizontal door that hinges towards the floor. The top part with the microwave will remain open so that the microwave can be used with ease.

1. Supply and replace existing fascia board and flashing to roof extension approx 3.0m long. 2. Install batten trim to underside of eaves approx 2.5m long. 3. Supply and installation of external weatherproof grade decorative cladding to area size approx 3.5m x 500mm, cladding spec TBA by client. 4. Install reveals and 2x decorative screen panels to two window openings on external deck. Materials supplied by client. 5. Other various works TBC.

Build and install floor to ceiling shelf unit with dimensions 300mm deep, 500mm wide shelves. 220mm apart. Shelves to appear floating like Ikea LACK shelving unit (https://www.ikea.com/ie/en/p/lack-wall-shelf-unit-black-brown-80430591/). I have no idea of what this would cost. Number in budget is just made up but I'd want this to be quality rather than cheap an nasty.

This 40 year old skylight is 55W x 85L with a 40mm wooden frame with mitred corners around the perimeter as a trim, and to retain a PVC defuser at ceiling level. The frame has warped slightly possibly due to the heat, and so needs replacing, preferably with something 50mm wide just to cover any damage to the ceiling when the existing frame is removed. Something with a a skirting board profile would be ideal, and smooth and unfinished is fine as I'll stain it later. NOTES ▪︎ the diffuser is only temporarily covered with cardboard to darken the room so that overnighting grandkids can sleep 😴 (see photos) ▪︎ ceiling height is 2.4m (8')

Help move decking timber and other minor tasks, supporting builder on site

My customer purchased a 200cm teak lounge. Unfortunately our manufacturer made the base of the lounge with the slats sitting on top of the wood frame, instead of inside so you cannot see it from the front. I need someone to cut back the slats and sit them inside the frame. Some of the timber frame will need to be cut back for the slats to sit in. Please see photos of how it should look and how it currently looks. I can take more photos tomorrow. - Due date: Flexible

Outdoor wooden stairs need to be repaired (handrail and support beams). Also 2 indoor doors need to be adjusted (frame installed). The frames may need to be installed/fixed).

Screw 10 rows of hardwood decking onto hard wood joists . Total of 200 screws which need to be countersunk and screwed in. Will supply screws and timber but no tools - you will need to supply your own tools.

LIcensed carpenter required to remove the existing main door (Width 140*Height 200) and replace with new one. Also need help to transport the doors from shop(if required).

We have a timber coffee table currently glass top with shallow wooden detail underneath. Glass has a crack and we would like to fill with clear furniture resin for better durability. Need someone experienced with timber/furniture pours.
