Looking for a builder/carpenter to help with a second storey deck with pitched roof to join onto existing and possible staircase from ground to first floor. Ongoing renovations work, so would need someone flexible around projects. All materials will be supplied and hourly rate preferred.

We have recently delivered a Tiny Home to a property in Pearl Beach and unfortunately due to the last minute rush before Christmas we missed a few details. We are located in Brisbane so we need a handyman to purchase a few fixtures from Bunnings (listed below) and head out to our clients property to install the fixtures, install a Velux Skylight blind and apply one more coat of stain to the Kitchen Benchtop. Please add this to the Bunnings purchase and a suitable brush. Total cost of Bunnings items is approximately $110. There will also be a Velux Skylight blind onsite that will need to be installed. Need door carpenter for a day to internal solidcore door. Just a charge over from old doors. Good if you have own tools. Will be working along side the other fix out carpenter. Must be a qualified Carpenter. 10 doors to be installed on the day. More work for the right person.

Two seat sofa, timber frame - needs repairs. Someone who shall remain nameless sat on it, and it collapsed. Some of the timber plugs are broken, but all other timber is intact. It might need a discreet bracket to strengthen it.
