The stain has some mold, but only a small amount. This will need to be removed too. After the mold is removed, a coat of white paint may be needed - no need to paint the whole ceiling as I will paint the bedroom in the future. The stain is about 1m x 80 cm. If somebody could complete the job this weekend that would be fantastic.

Looking to get a matching cupboard put here . Other ones are from bunnings. Will possibly need to cut out some of the plasterboard at the back to make it sit flush .

Details I would like someone to build a bespoke AV Wooden Rack, similar to the picture attached in Mahogany color wood. The Rack will be used to house AV Equipment and will need to have rack structure (19″ Open Frame 15RU) within the cabinet. The shelves will be standard rack based shelves or equipment mounted with Rack ears. The cabinet will need to consider airflow and allow provisions for mounting fans etc. and discreet holes for cable management. The door of the cabinet needs to be perforated to allow IR signals thru.
