Build a shed base for 3m x 3m shed

Seeking a 3x6m (approx.) deck built with a storage bench in my courtyard. It will be built on concrete. I am after eco composite decking. If possible, I would also like to extend the decking up a wall where we can hang plants.

In need of an experienced carpenter/builder (no handymen please) who can build a 2.4x2.4m gazebo slightly elevated on anchor posts concreted into ground (just above path hight) Size and make will be as of plans below. Obviously needs to be made out of appropriate wood to withstand weather conditions. Material can be paid for upfront but would need person to pick up as I have no tow bar to transport. Basically just need labour quote

We have bought a new fridge that wont fit up our stairs. Our kitchen is located on the top floor, with a large cavity that will comfortably fit a large french door fridge. I am looking for potential solutions for how we can move this into the kitchen. We have a balcony and large sliding doors which could fit the fridge through, but fridge would need to be craned over the balcony. The balcony does not face onto the road and backs onto another property. It is possible that is impossible - but keen for someone to help us come up with a potential solution.

LAUNDRY BENCHTOP We need someone to supply and install a laundry benchtop on top of two kaboodle cupboards (already installed), as well as cut out the hole in the benchtop for the laundry sink to sit in, and two small holes for the power cords. 2 doors to be measured cut painted and installed with handles

Timber swing to be reinforced to prevent swaying. Has always been concreted below but recently started to sway. Was installed 5 years ago.

We need to create more space for the standard dimensions for a built in oven and microwave. Current microwave height is 380mm while standard is 388mm. Current oven appears 3mm smaller than standard 595mm. Perhaps take out the carcass below the oven, remove top panel and cut required 11mm before reattaching top. The front drawer panel can be removed and laminate pealed off sightly to cut required amount off from bottom, then glue back the laminate and cut from bottom. Doing the bottom means less obvious even if not perfect. Draws will fit perfects on rollers in resized carcass, with lower height on top draw. This then allows relevant adjustment of carcass/ shelves above to fit oven and microwave. Might be other ways but perhaps this will work?

DIY pergola (not a kit) where it has been designed and timber cut but needs muscle and carpentry skills to assemble. May also include painting of Pergola and/or any suggestions on the base (currently concrete slab - see photos of the space) as additional scope items. Note fence will be replaced separately. No requirement to provide materials and can cover tools, although happy for person to use their own.
