I need a customised built cabinet to fit a space in my unit. The size is: 40 depth, 95width and 3m high. The top part of cabinet will be shelves, the bottom will be drawers with 6-8 drawers.

I want a deck built on top of new level pavers (floating deck). Would prefer composite wood. Need decking supplies and tools to be sourced and provided. As well as installation. It’s only a deck no hand rails, steps or pergolas etc. it will be in a T-shape with the longest side being about 7m and the deepest part about 4m. The top of the T will be about 2m deep. I estimate the total area to be about 27sqm. I need this job done in advance of family arriving on 16th Dec. The address is an oversized unit in Zetland but large elevators give level access to the unit and there is available parking for large trucks and vans to enable delivery of materials. I don’t have particular ideas of cost so open to estimates. Tried my best to add photos of the area (outlined in red in the pics).

I need desk top to be cut to measurements as per the diagram attached and installed in replacement of the current desk top in a small study. The timber Desk top will be provided. It is 28 mm thick. Refer to photos attached. Old desk also needs to be removed.

I’m moving on the 25 September and would like my metal baker’s stand refurbished. It’s coating is flaking and rusted in parts. Where rusted, the base is firm not crumbling. So, maybe sandblasting, undercoat, final paint. Haven’t decided on the colour but maybe dull grey. It can be flat packed: the five shelves and the sides are designed to lift off but has been instituted for ten years on courtyard but under cover.
