I just moved in a couple of months back, and the apartment is only 2 years old, but I have managed to grow a small patch of mold <1sqm on bedroom carpet, by having mattress on floor too long. :( Looking for a professional carpet cleaner to treat to kill off (already had a go myself with some remedies) and steam clean up the carpet ahead of my rental inspection.
