We dog sat the wrong dog. 1 lounge room & 1 bedroom require full carpet clean, with several random spots requiring heavy duty pet urine stain removal. Seeking a professional with industrial equipment only - I've used my Vax shampooer with Urine Off a few times over and the problem isn't lifting. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time. Please someone who knows what they are doing come and restore the full carpet to brand new again. New carpet layed but unfortunately the track for my sliding doors for built in robe is now too high for the doors to be fitted. Carpet will need to be cut under the track and fixed down so the edge doesn’t fray. The track will need to be put back in so it’s a bit lower and doors can be fitted. Room is about 3800 long. Hi there. I need someone to pull up the flooring in four rooms of our place (and remove existing skirting). Two of the rooms have carpet and tack strip applied directly to the concrete slab. For at least one of them the tack strips are also secured with an adhesive. The other two rooms (one v small, the other a larger living room) have floating floors. They come up easy. Ideally we would like y'all to dispose of the old flooring as we have no need of it, and to patch any holes in the concrete after taking up the tack strips. Looking for a professional carpet cleaner who can clean a 2 bedroom villa on the ground floor. All carpet except kitchen and bathroom. Carpet is very old and low pile, with some stains as well. Photos attached - they are tough to get out as I’ve tried. We are moving out on March 26th and need someone who is available around 12pm (please also advise how long it will take please - thanks!!) The place will be empty when you clean as we’ll have moved all our stuff out. We rented with dogs so flea fumigation is also part of our “end of lease” responsibilities so if you provide that too, please let me know.
