There’s a hole in the carpet of the rental I’m vacating, the real estate said we could get it patched from a piece of carpet taken from the wardrobe floor. Looking to get this fixed, also if you can steam clean that would be great! Otherwise will organise that seperatley

There are two stains in the carpet that I would like someone to come and try and professionally remove. - stain 1: poor dog had diarrhoea on the carpet, I have done my best to remove the stain but there’s still a faint colour - stain 2: microwavable heat pad for pet bed broke and leaked onto the carpet, I have had a decent go at this and it’s not too visible however it has left a hardened spot in the carpet. It becomes softer and easier to clean with heat.

Remove areas of the carpet on our stairs that have been damaged by our cat and replace it with the off cut we have here. I am home today if possible.

In one of our bedrooms the carpet was installed around the frame of a built in robe. We've since removed the robe, leaving several holes in a 3m x 50cm section (see photos). We have spare pieces of carpet, including small pieces and a large piece which could be used to replace the whole 3m x 50cm section if that's the best approach. Unfortunately we don't have any spare pieces of underlay. I'm looking for a professional carpet installer with the tools, know-how (and ideally some underlay) to repair this section so the seam/s are as hidden as possible. Requiring a diligent hard working person with a van/ute, long ladder and cleaning chemicals to clean mould in our bathroom in preparation for new floor covering. We have a bathroom (with v high, 3m ceiling) that has some mould on walls and ceiling, and the floor covering (carpet…). We require someone with BYO cleaning products and handy up ladders to come and: 1) diligently clean spots of mould from walls of our bathroom 2) using own tall ladder, set up to clean mould from ceiling 3) once walls and ceilings clean of mould, pull up and remove carpet (4m x 1m approx) from floor, without damaging porcelain-ware in the room 4) make good underfloor, eg remove any carpet underflooring - small sharp lengths of timber with spikes around edges that carpet is stapled to, so we can put down new flooring. We don’t have bin capacity so you will have to dispose of carpet yourself.
