We have a carpeted corridor and 2 rooms. The carpet is old and ripped in the corners (yes our cats did it!!!). We would like someone to 1. Remove the carpet 2. Remove the nails of the carpet track (as shown in the attached image) 3. fill the nail holes with timber putty in a matching colour 4. sand to remove any splinters, get it ready for sealing 5. apply good quality and hard-wearing coating to seal the timber floor (All material to be provided by you after inspection. Or we're happy to buy them if you make a list for us). Based on our estimation, the corridor and the 2 rooms come to ~26 square meter.

Please see pictures two different areas in the carpet in the house needs patching up. If possible with existing carpet and therefore does not look out of place
