Small one bedroom apartment 55SQM in Darlinghurst Sydney. Kitchen, approximately 2.2m x 3.1m needs to be demolished, appliances disconnected. Floor in the kitchen (come kind of an old cork or linoleum thin floor) needs to be removed. Brick half-wall needs to be demolished. Carpet in the living room and bedroom needs to be removed as well.
