My owners corporation has asked me to get some quotes for a carpet replacement for the common area/lobby/stairway of our 3 storey brick building. 9 unit apartment complex. Currently has old carpet on stairway and vinyl tiles on ground floor. Looking to replace old carpet with carpet tiles and perhaps ceramic tiles on the side (as per example pictured). Perhaps hybrid flooring to cover the existing vinyl tiles on the ground floor, but open to suggestions. I am happy to organise materials so please let me know options for including and not including materials. There’s a hole in the carpet of the rental I’m vacating, the real estate said we could get it patched from a piece of carpet taken from the wardrobe floor. Looking to get this fixed, also if you can steam clean that would be great! Otherwise will organise that seperatley
