Unfortunately our cat has peed on the carpet and it has travelled down to the underlay. We are confident the carpet is fine, but the underlay is the issue. Thankfully it is only an area of about 2ft x 2ft that would need replacing and it is quite close to one of the corners. - Due date: Flexible

I have found out this I think iron mark on my carpet…I reckon it has always been there…I don’t even own an iron. Anyway - just in case that creates an end of lease issue I was wondering if anybody had suggestions re fixing it. I do not own scraps of of the carpet unfortunately. Any suggestion is welcome and obviously I would proceed to book the job :-)

Hi, my drain in the shower had a blockage and litres of water ended up coming out and spilled out of the bathroom into my bedroom where there is carpet. I am using fans and paper towels ato dry it however will need someone with an industrial or commercial blower if possible
