***NOTE: The premises is a rental, I am very conscious of costs and not spending too much. Carpet burn about 30x15cm from candle wax. Carpet is the usual brown short pile that is common to many rental properties. There is carpet laid in the built-in wardrobes where a patch can be taken from if need be. Please do not reply with excessive quotes, they will be ignored. This is a rental property, it is purely for aesthetic reasons and not an end of lease repair.
