Just moved into an apartment a rental Hate the old carpet looking for a temporary solution to hide the carpet and when eventually move out can just remove it

We are moving out of our rental and our cat has damaged the carpet in two patches. One is in the corner of a door frame, approx 10x10cm in size where the carpet has been ripped up. The other is on the lip of a stair where it has been scratched at but not completely ripped up. Approx 15cm in length The owner says he would like both patches repaired. We need it done on Tuesday 11 January, or potentially Wednesday 12 January (am). Photos to come tomorrow morning

Need to fix the carpet , I accidentally burnt the carpet

I need my old carpet for 4 main rooms (3 bedrooms and the living area) plus 2 hall ways and stairway carpetry removed with the underneath thoroughly cleaned from mould and then replaced with new carpet.

Needing to have spot stains removed for end of lease clean. I have returned keys already so pickup is just around the corner from the house and drop off once finished. It’s a small bedroom house but stains are only in hallway two rooms makeup and dog stains and in lounge area (Butter chicken stain) .

The main task is removing the carpet from the main bedroom (4.5 x 3.7), sanding and polishing the floorboards to match the rest of the upstairs bedrooms. It would be great if you could provide all the necessary tools and source the appropriate floor polish. Could you please provide a quote for this job? We’re hoping to move in around the 10th of December, so if you need to inspect the room to quote, it will need to be after that date. Any initial advice would also be appreciated. We’ll also have several other jobs in the near future that will require carpentry work (such as wardrobe doors, new internal doors, a bathroom update, and some landscaping).

Patch carpet under new stairs. Approx 46x70 plus extra circle bit. I have spare carpet in a linen cupboard (45x95) to use. Carpet will eventually be replaced so need a “good enough “ job for a few years. Open to other suggestions if you have any.
