Hi, I have a 3 bed (carpet), 2 bath (tiles), 1 kitchen (tiles), 1 living space (tiles) that I need a bond clean for. Fairly clean already so it should be easier work. As I have a pet on the premises, I will need a pest spray inside and out as per real estate requirements. I will need a receipt for all cleaning works inclusive of carpet cleaning and the pest spray. If there is anything majorly wrong with the work that the real estate isn’t happy with then I would need a return to site confirmation. If it’s small then I can handle it.
