We have a large thick Ikea rug requiring professional clean has not been cleaned for years. Dampened area due to spill yesterday, has been scrubbed in this spot excessively. We want to ensure rug is not damaged from clean due to thickness type, please do not accept job if you cannot clean this particular type of rug.

Removal and disposal of existing carpet to stairs and level 1 (approx 59sqm) C. Floor prep and leveling as required to foyer to achieve flush finish throughout (approx 2.5 sqm) D. Floor prep and installation of Masonite underlayment to level 1 and stairs (approx 59sqm) E. Glue down installation of new 4.5mm thick vinyl floor planks, total 61.5sqm. Vinyl will be installed to foyer, 3 bedrooms (including inside robes), study and stairs. F. Installation of new vinyl planks to all stairs and matching nosing (15 steps) - Please allow for all else required to complete job in a professional manner. Warranted installations preffered, plz advise. The property is in Bundoora 3083. Keys will be received on the 23/may, ideally installation can occur as soon as possible to this date.
