I’d like to replace the carpet for porceline tiles (600x600mm), the flat is around 65 m2. the flat is located in Wolli Creek. You will need to do an acoustic pre-installation test of 1 m2 before starting of full job for building manager approval. Likewise, you will need to provide to the building manager, a trader licence and public liability insurance. New carpet layed but unfortunately the track for my sliding doors for built in robe is now too high for the doors to be fitted. Carpet will need to be cut under the track and fixed down so the edge doesn’t fray. The track will need to be put back in so it’s a bit lower and doors can be fitted. Room is about 3800 long. Looking for a professional carpet cleaner who can clean a 2 bedroom villa on the ground floor. All carpet except kitchen and bathroom. Carpet is very old and low pile, with some stains as well. Photos attached - they are tough to get out as I’ve tried. We are moving out on March 26th and need someone who is available around 12pm (please also advise how long it will take please - thanks!!) The place will be empty when you clean as we’ll have moved all our stuff out. We rented with dogs so flea fumigation is also part of our “end of lease” responsibilities so if you provide that too, please let me know. I rested a hot oven tray here and accidentally burnt the carpet - it’s just generic rental carpet but I don’t have access to any of the spare stuff… or have any idea where to source it unfortunately so I’m hoping someone might be able to help 😭

There is a stain on my wool carpet (a few days old). This is a fairly new carpet. I tried cleaning with dishwashing liquid, baking soda and shaving cream ( all done separately), but it doesent seem to work. For some reason the stain looks worse now. On a small area only.
