Remove four strips of metal from floor (with claw hammer or similar) Replace with carpet tile strips (we have replacements)

The affected area has already had some water removed with an industrial vacuum, but some water has set in and the carpet edging is nailed into place along the skirting boards. Tasks include: • Assisting with further water extraction (if needed). • Setting up and managing drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.). • Monitoring moisture levels to ensure proper drying. You’ll need to bring your own equipment or advise on hiring recommendations. Experience with flood restoration or carpet drying is preferred.
