I'm looking for someone to remove the old carpet in my office (approx. 21 square meters) and glue down the new carpet tiles that I already have (please see the photo). Also, I've attached photos of the office with the current carpet. I'll make sure everything is cleared from the office to avoid any delays. Need the section of carpet in upstairs walk-in robe between bedroom and bathroom removed. Carpet has been wet at some stage but no longer. In addition to removing (and disposing of carpet) remnants of underlay and tacking strips need to be removed as well as. Essentially, we would like it prepped to the stage where we can decide to put down hybrid flooring or start over with carpet again. Carpet section is around 2m x 1.8m so roughly 4 m2. If someone has experience with laying hybrid that would be a bonus as they would know what the floor needs to be like if we chose that option.

Installation of under lay and Carpet

We had previously removed a bedroom carpet and now re installed the same carpet. However we don't have the tools to lay it tightly against walls and to neaten it up at the joins to 3 doorways (i.e passage, bathroom, dressing room). Removal of carpet and underlays in two rooms and small landing and cleaning up after. Moving furniture as required. Carpet in one room is near a leak that has meant mould issues in carpet. We have a skip on site. Bonus points if capable of assisting with dealing with leak and/or re-carpeting / re-tiling area (for a separate fee).
