Remove carpet from Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Hallway and Living Room. Total approx 35m2 carpet. Dispose of carpet. Build trapdoor to access under the house in Bedroom 2 and Dining Room. Patch small hole in bathroom ceiling. Patch small hole in wall made from front door lock. Reattach kitchen cabinet door with hinges (you may need to buy the correct ones if mine do not fit). Remove old grout in kitchen under splashback, lay new grout/silicon. Reattach fallen tile to wall. New hinges for bathroom cabinet as rusted. Fill wall cracks. Must dispose of all rubbish and clean up. Must bring own tools, ladder, materials (plaster, grout) etc.

Need small patch repairs on the living room carpet and join a reasonable tear. A door mat made of the same carpet is available to use. If not, would be spare from under the wardrobe. Task to include repair and replacement if spare from wardrobe is taken. Mat can be used to replace under wardrobe carpet.
