I am looking for a home.handyman to, - paint the internal walls (incl patching few cracks & holes) - re-carpet or laminate timber (whichever is cheaper) 4 x bedrooms - lay some turf to front & backyard - masure the windows for roller blinds & install them (I can supply) - remesh a few flyscreens & 2 x flyscreen doors - re-stain the front/main entrance door - replace 2 x shower screens - fix up a few kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors (new handles maybe, couple of broken hinges) The above is based on my observations & I would like you to visit onsite & provide me with a full quote (I can arrange the access to the property as its currently tenanted) Full transparency, I will obtain few other quotes as well.

We need carpet pulled up, new underlay and carpet (already purchased and cut) to be laid back down in 1 room, approx 5.6m x 3.4m. This is a rental and the room is annexed / used to be outdoors so carpet is on top of brick and concrete. There is currently existing carpet underneath but not in good condition. Original intent was to lay over the top but believe it needs to be laid properly now to ensure it isn't lifting / bubbling. Likely needs new underlay and edge nail boards.
