We are running a professional development day for financial advisers. The event will be held at Adelaide Oval in one of the function rooms. We require an experienced and professional videographer & photographer to help take photos of the event from 9 a.m. until the dinner event in the evening. We require the following: - photos taken around presenters, guest speakers and advisers (not in a structured way) - videos taken on the day of the speakers, advisers with short interviews - editing from the footage to create 3 short 30s or less highlight short/reel style videos, 3 3 minute highlight compilation video for external use, 1 2 minute video highlight compilation video for internal use, 3-5 possible short 30s or less interviews to be utilised into compilation videos or standalaones. - link to all files/videos taken We will provide food and drink on the day including the lunch/dinner. Please bring your own equipment, lighting etc. Update, 31st October full day and 1st November for maybe 4 -5 hours or so. Willing to discuss further.

To assist an experienced person who will oversee things, plate up food etc. The person I need will take plates to and from the table, serve drinks and help with washing up. I need the help from 12.30 - 3 or 3.30 on 12/11/24. The lunch is for 17 people in our home.
