The dinner is catered and will be for 24 adults and about 3 kids. Looking for someone to serve drinks (we would supply them) and offer them around the room, refill glasses etc. help clean up, move dishes in between courses etc. I will have pre-made some cocktails in batches hut they would need to be shaken with ice to chill down and also to add some theatre. Otherwise there will the typical beer, wine and soft drinks and water too. Keep people’s drinks full, check in if they want something else, possibly assist the chefs carrying any food plates through if needed. People will arrive from around 6 Pm so you would need to arrive prior and while the start would be the busiest and slow down as the dinner goes on. Some helping out with tidying up between courses, collecting and stacking plates (not necessarily cleaning them) involved. I think it would be safe to put an end time of 10:00. So basically from around 5:30 - 10:00pm. Proposing $40 per hour. Open to offers
